1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MedMinds website, web app and related services (the "Platform"), operated by MedMinds ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), enrolling in a batch, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What MedMinds is
MedMinds is an online MDCAT preparation platform. It provides a searchable MCQ question bank, custom tests you can build by subject, topic and subtopic, batch-based scheduled tests, a mistake diary, performance analytics, leaderboards, and an aggregate calculator.
New accounts receive a limited free trial (currently one custom test of up to 60 questions plus question-bank search). Access to paid batches requires enrollment and payment as described below.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up and enrolling (name, contact details, district, etc.) and keep it up to date.
- If you are under 18, you should use the Platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for your password, your Google account access, and all activity under your account.
- One account per student. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details or selling/renting access is not allowed.
- Device limit: student accounts may be active on up to 2 devices at a time. Signing in on a further device requires removing an existing one. See the Account & Device Policy.
4. Batches and enrollment
A batch is a paid or free group program with its own schedule, tests and access period. To enroll you submit an enrollment request with your details and, for paid batches, proof of payment.
- Enrollment is not confirmed until our admin team verifies your payment and approves your request. You will see the status in your account.
- Batch content, test schedules, number of tests and timings may be adjusted by us where reasonably needed (for example to follow official MDCAT announcements).
- Scheduled tests may be available only during specific windows. Missing a window does not entitle you to a refund or a re-take unless we announce otherwise.
- We may decline or cancel an enrollment if payment cannot be verified or these Terms are breached.
5. Fees and payments
- Batch fees are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on the pricing and batch pages before you enroll.
- Payments are made manually via bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash (or another method we list) to the account details shown during enrollment. Only pay to the details shown inside the Platform or given by our official WhatsApp number.
- You must upload a genuine receipt/screenshot and enter the correct amount and transaction ID. Fake, edited or reused receipts lead to immediate rejection and possible account termination.
- You are responsible for any bank or wallet transfer charges.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, screenshot in bulk, scrape, download, republish, resell, or distribute questions, explanations, notes, test papers, or any other Platform content — on WhatsApp/Telegram groups, social media, other websites, or in print — without written permission;
- share your account, or use another student's account;
- cheat during scheduled tests, use bots or automation, or try to manipulate scores or leaderboards;
- attempt to hack, probe, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass any security, device-limit or access-control feature;
- upload unlawful, offensive or malicious content (including in payment receipts or profile fields);
- harass other students or staff, or impersonate anyone.
7. Content and copyright
All Platform content — including question banks, explanations, notes, images, tables, test compilations, design, logos and the "MedMinds" names — is owned by or licensed to MedMinds and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property law.
While you have valid access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use the content for your own MDCAT preparation only. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights or contains an error, please write to service.medminds@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.
8. Educational disclaimer
- MedMinds is an independent preparation service. We are not the PMDC, any university or any admission authority, and we are not affiliated with them. Our materials are aligned to the published MDCAT syllabus to the best of our ability.
- We work carefully on our questions, but we cannot guarantee that every question, answer or explanation is error-free or that the actual exam will follow the same pattern. Always cross-check with official syllabus and announcements.
- We do not guarantee any score, merit position or admission. Results depend on your own effort and many factors outside our control.
- Aggregate and merit calculations are estimates for planning only; official admission formulas and dates are set by the relevant authorities.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the Platform available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, internet or third-party service issues. We may add, change or remove features. We are not responsible for losses caused by outages outside our reasonable control, though we will try to fix issues quickly and, for scheduled tests seriously affected, to make fair arrangements.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — for example by sharing content or accounts, cheating, submitting fake payment proof, or abusing the Platform. In serious cases no refund will be given. You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account under the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedMinds is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, admission outcomes, or data loss arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid batch is limited to the amount you paid for that batch. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If changes are significant we will notify students through the Platform or our WhatsApp channel. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally; any unresolved dispute is subject to the courts of Pakistan.
